It has been a very tiring but very happy weekend. My old team was declared the best of the best for our account. and this qualified us to overnight at Punta Fuego. It was beautiful! I wouldn't mind having a place there. It was an all expense paid trip and it is something I will never forget.
It wasn't really the place that made me happy. It was seeing my team rewarded after all the hard work they put in. They truly pushed to excel and it was a very close battle against the other teams.
I know I pushed my team hard. I demanded that they truly focus and just give their best. I heard complaints of being too strict, inconsiderate and always right (at least to were they felt they could not weasel or reason out). I insisted that being the best was a very achievable goal, even when it may have felt to them like it wasn't. I wondered if they understood.
Achieving BOB distinction is their achievement. I was privileged to be part though they did all the work. I know I have been blessed.
