A lot of people don't believe me when I tell them that I prefer being home. Why go out and spend unnecessarily when being at home is sooo much better? Accessible food, comfy place to rest, lots of choices of what to do. Never boring when there are so many ways to entertain oneself. I have my books to read plus being a child of the electronics age, videos, the internet and yes a radio. MP3 players are good but there are times I want to hear the sound of the music being popularized by commerce and ads.
There are times when I do miss my friends and want to go hang out. Those are days to give them a call and get everything crammed in my day since I'm already out of the house.
I always tell my LP that I turn into a sloth once I enter our home. I have no desire to move or do anything but sleep. Maybe it is because when I'm out I have so much to do.
Today though it looks like I will not be able to just stay home. Too many errands that have piled up. Time to go malling - days without worries don't come often.
